CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
Orders in the U.S. can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery. For details on initiating the process, refer to our Refund Policy and use Loop Returns. Please note that returns will be refunded in the form of a gift card, which can be applied toward a new order on our website to finalize the exchange. For international returns, please reach out to our COZE customer support team for assistance.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER BEFORE IT SHIPS?
Once your order is finalized, it moves quickly into processing and is sent to the warehouse for shipping. To ensure your order reaches you as fast as possible, changes cannot be made at this stage. If you need additional items, please place a new order on our website.
I AM BETWEEN SIZES WHAT DO YOU RECOMMEND?
For general measurements, please consult our size chart. Note that all collections are unisex and intentionally designed with an oversized fit. If you need further assistance, feel free to reach out to us via email for additional support.
I RECEIVED MY ITEMS DAMAGED... WHAT DO I DO?
We’re sorry to hear that your item arrived damaged. In such rare cases, please send a photo of the damaged product along with your details to COZE, and we’ll be glad to assist you in resolving the issue. Kindly note that any damaged items reported outside the 5-day return window cannot be returned or refunded.
